Privacy Policy.
Who we are. EnergyVitality is operated by Merel Engberink, based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to info@energyvitality.eu.
What data I collect. When you fill out the contact form, I collect the information you provide: your full name, email address, company and role (if given), your message, and which topics you indicate interest in. This website does not use cookies, and no data is collected through simply browsing the site.
Why I collect it. Your details are used solely to read, understand, and respond to your inquiry, and, if we proceed, to arrange and deliver sessions. Your information is never sold, rented, or used for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
How it is processed. The contact form is handled by Formspree, a third-party form processing service, which delivers your submission to my email inbox. Formspree may process and store this data on servers outside the European Economic Area — see formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy. This site is hosted by Netlify, which may collect standard technical server logs (such as IP address).
How long I keep it. If your inquiry does not lead to a working relationship, your details are kept only as long as needed to conclude our correspondence, then deleted. If you become a client, your information is kept for as long as needed for our work together and any legal or administrative obligations that follow from it.
Your rights. Under the GDPR (AVG), you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and the right to object to how it is used. Email info@energyvitality.eu to exercise any of these rights.
