From FinTech
to frequency.

It began with my own health struggles. At the time, I was working in FinTech, and it was during that period that I first received energetic treatment myself. Complaints I had carried for years began to clear. My mind felt sharper, my body lighter. And I could not explain why.

That bothered me. With an MSc. in Finance and a career built on evidence and precision, accepting results without understanding the mechanism behind them was not in my nature. So I started studying the technique behind it. Quietly, on the side, with no intention of building anything. It was a fascination, not a career plan.

That study deepened over the years that followed. Energy work. Quantum physics. The architecture of the human system. The further I developed my knowledge, the more something began to click. Not only in the sessions, but in the workplace as well.

I started to see it everywhere. How stored patterns shaped the way people functioned at work. How a leader's state rippled through an entire team and set the tone of the company's culture. And finally, how my own instincts actually worked: why I could negotiate the way I did, read people so accurately, and knew exactly which approach each client needed before they said a word.

Looking back, that intuition had been guiding me all along. In a career of nearly eight years in FinTech, I landed at two early-stage companies that both became unicorns during my time there. I decided to join the second as employee number eleven the moment I saw the product. Something in me simply knew it would succeed.

Now I see it was not a gift that could not be explained. It was information. A treasury of it, available to anyone who learns how to read it. And all of it directly connected to how people perform, decide, and lead.

Once I had seen it, I could not unsee it. That is how EnergyVitality began.
